My process is very different than traditional Western healthcare, where they promote a pill for nearly every symptom without getting to the reason you have the symptom. My approach is integrative - looking at the whole body as a system - we don’t just focus on one piece and think the rest will balance out as well.

I’ll spend significant time with you regarding your health journey, we’ll discuss and survey your symptoms, and I’ll recommend targeted functional tests to uncover the root cause. All the details are shared in our initial conversation. Here’s an overview of the process:

You can ask all your questions and concerns before becoming a client. We’ll discuss the options offered and what is the best fit for you. Next, we’ll schedule your new client appointment.

 

Step 2

New client appointment

We’ll spend 1.5 hours reviewing your health history and determine the functional health tests that are best for you. (Testing is optional.) More about our functional tests here.

If you already have test results, we’ll decide how those can be helpful to the process.

 

Step 3

Clinical Lab Review and Creation of Customized Plan

We’ll have a lengthy session to review your lab results and start connecting your symptoms with root cause issues.

You’ll start your recommended protocol with continued support throughout the process.*

*Because every protocol is specifically designed for each client, and each client has their own bio-individual needs and health history, protocol lengths vary from 4-6+ months.
